Party Pixel Photography packages start at £397 (Highlight, 2 hours, 35 finished images) with a refundable £97 deposit. Signature Coverage (4h, 100 images) is £694 and Immersive Coverage (6h, 200+ images) is £1,049. All packages include a 24-hour preview, full edited gallery in 3 to 7 working days, two finished edit styles per image and full commercial rights as standard.

Do you cover events in both London and Essex?

Yes. Party Pixel is based in Brentwood, Essex and covers London, Essex and the wider South East with no travel fee. We work across central London, Shoreditch, Soho, Mayfair, Canary Wharf, the City, plus all of Essex including Chelmsford, Romford, Southend and Brentwood.

How quickly do you deliver event photos?

A 10-hero-shot preview gallery within 24 hours of every event, with the full edited gallery delivered in 3 to 7 working days. Express 48-hour and 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on, priced per package size.

Do I get the commercial rights to my photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every package includes full commercial usage rights. You can use the photos across social media, email campaigns, your website, press releases, decks, paid advertising and sponsor sharing with no extra licensing fee.

What kinds of events do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Corporate events, brand launches, product activations, conferences, private parties, milestone celebrations, nightlife, club nights, DJ sets and live music. We cover events from intimate dinners with under ten guests through to festivals with well over a thousand guests.

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 working days before the event. Payments are taken securely via Stripe on an encrypted connection.
