Do you cover multi-day activations and roadshows?+

Yes. Per-day pricing scales from the Signature and Immersive packages, with a Bespoke quote for multi-city roadshows. Each shoot day is treated separately for delivery so your team gets daily previews to publish.

Can you photograph crowd reactions and footfall, not just the set?+

That's most of the brief. Brand activation coverage needs candid crowd shots, queues, samples-in-hand and the kind of reaction shots that prove the activation actually landed. We plan the shot list around the social grid you need to feed.

Do you supply vertical content for short-form social?+

Yes. Our event aftermovie add-on captures and edits a 15-second vertical reel for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, delivered alongside the stills.

Can we use the photographs in paid advertising and sponsor recap decks?+

Yes. Every package includes full commercial usage — social, email, website, press, paid advertising and sponsor sharing — with no extra licensing fee.

How do you handle activations in public locations or shopping centres?+

We carry public liability insurance up to £5 million and are used to working alongside venue and centre management teams. Where venue permits are required we work with you to make sure the photography is included in the brief.
