1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you submit on the enquiry or booking forms — name, email, phone, event type, event date, location, message and any notes you add.
- Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Aggregated, anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent).
3. Why we use it
To deliver our service: respond to enquiries, fulfil bookings, communicate about your event, and (with your consent) improve the site. We also forward enquiries and bookings to our CRM (GoHighLevel) and transactional email provider (Resend) so that we can contact you reliably.
4. Lawful basis
Performance of a contract (when you book), legitimate interest (when you enquire), and consent (analytics cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time via the .
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry submissions: up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Booking records: 6 years (HMRC accounting retention requirement). Analytics: aggregated and retained per Google's default settings.
6. Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), GoHighLevel (CRM), Google Analytics 4 (analytics, with consent). We never sell your data.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email hello@partypixelphoto.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
8. Photographs & usage
Event galleries are delivered through a private link. We may share a small selection of frames in our portfolio with your prior consent. We will not publish identifiable photographs of you online without permission. To request removal of any image already shared, email us and we will action it within 7 working days.
