Yes — we ask for the run-of-show and sponsor brief on the pre-event call, so every must-have moment, sponsor signage and award handover is captured deliberately, not by chance.

Do you supply photographs in time for our recap email or press release?+

Yes — a 10 hero-shot preview lands within 24 hours, in time for next-day recap emails, LinkedIn posts and PR distribution. Full gallery follows in 3 to 7 working days. Express 48h and 24h full delivery is available as an add-on.
