Is the £97 deposit refundable?+
Yes. The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 working days before your event. It is credited toward your final balance, not on top.
Are there any hidden costs?+
No. The package price is what you pay for the coverage shown. Optional add-ons (alternative edit, aftermovie, express delivery, extra hour, second photographer or videographer) are listed with their prices at checkout.
How do you handle the remaining balance?+
The balance is due within 7 working days of the event. You can also pay in full upfront, or split into three interest-free instalments via Klarna or ClearPay at checkout.
