The room in standing, seated-cabaret, theatre, banquet and reception layouts — labelled and delivered as a layout-by-layout set for proposal decks.
Bar & back-bar
Front bar, back-bar fridges, signature serves staged, menu detail. Useful for F&B-led hire pitches and supplier listings.

Front door, signage, queue area, cloakroom, lobby. The shots that win the first 10 seconds of a venue-hire landing page.
Live-event atmosphere set
Room at capacity
The wide shot that closes the deal — visibly busy, on-brand and in lighting.
Bar & service in flow
Bar at peak, service in motion, signature serves in hand. The energy a prospective hirer is buying.
Crowd in the room
Atmospheric coverage of guests using the space — no identifiable close-ups, no awkward portraits, all room-as-product.
FAQ · Venue hire photography
What does a venue-hire photography brief actually cover?+

Empty-room interiors that sell the space. Capacities and layouts from multiple angles, the bar and back-bar, lighting states (house lights up, event mode, low light), the stage or DJ booth set neutrally, VIP areas, the entry experience, the cloakroom and the green room or production corners. Plus a complementary set of live-event atmosphere shots to prove the space comes alive at capacity.

Should the room be empty or staged for hire-listing photography?+

Both. We do an empty-room pass first — clean, neutral, no people — for venue-hire microsites and supplier listings. Then a staged pass with house lights at event mode (low light, lit signage, the bar pouring) so prospective hirers can picture their event in the room. Cheaper than two separate shoots.

Can you shoot capacities and layouts in one booking?+

Yes. We cover the room in standing, seated-cabaret, theatre, classroom, banquet and reception layouts on request. The deliverable includes a labelled layout-by-layout set for the venue-hire team to drop straight into proposal decks.

Do you cover daytime + live event on the same day?+

Common combined booking. Empty-room daytime block (typically 11:00–15:00) followed by an evening live-event block on the same date. Delivered as two separate galleries so the marketing team and the venue-hire team have asset libraries that fit their use cases.

Are these shots usable for hire listings on third-party sites and Google?+

Yes — full commercial rights on every booking. Usable on the venue's own site, hire-listing platforms (Tagvenue, HeadBox, VenueScanner, Eventflare etc.), Google Business profile, paid ads and PR. No per-use fees.

Need a venue-ready image library?

Refundable £97 deposit. Empty-room only, live-only or combined daytime + evening on the same date.
