1. How does the £177 deposit work?

Your £177 deposit is your Save the Date. It locks your event into our calendar instantly; from that moment, no one else can take your slot. The full amount is credited toward your final balance, so you only ever pay your package price. No hidden fees.

Plans change? Cancel at least 7 days before your event, and every penny comes back to you — no questions asked. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2. Can I choose my package later?

Absolutely. Most clients book the deposit first to secure the date. We then have a consultation call to discuss your "run-of-show." If you realize you need 4 hours instead of 2, or want to add a videographer, we can upgrade your package then. Your deposit always stays credited to your account.

4. What’s your cancellation and reschedule policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 7 days we’ll do our best to move your booking, but if we can’t, the deposit is kept to cover the date we held.

5. Do you use flash? Will it ruin the atmosphere?

We’re experts in low-light photography, using high-end lenses that capture the atmosphere just as it feels in the room. Most of the time, we work with the existing light to keep the mood natural and unobtrusive. But if the look you want calls for flash — whether that’s sharp, energetic “paparazzi-style” shots or clean, well-lit group photos — we’ve got the tools and technique to make it look intentional and elevated. Every lighting choice is deliberate, designed to match the energy and style of your event.

6. Can you handle really dark venues?

Yes. Dark rooms, clubs and low‑light spaces are what we specialise in. We’re used to working with stage lights, DJ lighting and ambient glow, and we adapt our settings and positions so the images stay sharp while the atmosphere stays honest

7. Will you get in the way of our guests or videographer?

No. We stay candid and unobtrusive — blending into the crowd, shooting from the edges with long lenses when needed, and coordinating with any video team so everyone gets their shots without overlap or hassle.

8. What kinds of events do you cover?

We cover everything from corporate events and brand activations to private parties, nightlife, launches, dinners, and live music across the UK. Whether it’s a polished business event or a high-energy late one, the focus is the same: strong coverage that fits the atmosphere.

9. How many photos do we get and how are they edited?

Depending on your package, you’ll get a guaranteed minimum of 35, 100, or 200+ professionally edited images — and we typically deliver even more to capture every standout moment. Every image comes in three distinct styles: Natural (clean, true-to-life), Vibrant (bold, high-energy), and Timeless Black & White (classic and versatile). This triple-edit delivery means triple the options for your needs, ready for LinkedIn profiles, Instagram stories, client reports, or anywhere else — maximum flexibility without extra cost.

10. How fast do we get our photos?

You’ll receive a preview within 24 hours, with the full gallery delivered in 3–7 business days. If you need images sooner, express 24–48 hour delivery is also available.

11. How do we receive the files?

You’ll get a secure online gallery where you can view, share and download everything in high resolution. From there you can grab individual images or download the full set in one go.

12. Can we use the photos for our own marketing?

Usage rights depend on the package you book. All packages include personal use, while Signature Coverage and above include commercial use for websites, organic social, email, print, and business marketing. Paid ads, sponsor use, and partner sharing can be added where needed.

13. Are you insured and do you carry backup gear?

We’re fully insured, so you’re always protected. We also use cameras that back up every photo to two memory cards as we shoot and bring plenty of spare gear, so even if something goes wrong, your memories won’t.

14. Who is actually behind the lens?

Party Pixel is led by Albert and Paula, the dedicated creatives behind the business. Albert leads the photography, while Paula oversees the creative and client experience behind the scenes, ensuring every booking is handled smoothly from first enquiry to final gallery. Together, they provide a complete, professionally managed service supported by a trusted network of experienced professionals for larger events, wider coverage, and additional bookings when needed.

15. How do you ensure reliable cover for our event?

Party Pixel is built with dependable backup in place, so your event is never relying on one person alone. If additional or replacement cover is ever needed, it can be arranged through a trusted network of experienced professionals.

That means the service remains reliable in any situation, with the same level of care, professionalism, and clear accountability throughout.

All final editing and delivery continue to be managed through the core Party Pixel team, helping to maintain a consistent standard from coverage through to the finished gallery.

16. Can you handle video or social media reels?

Yes — our core packages focus on photography, but video can be added if needed. Whether you want social reels, a highlight film, or both, we can bring in a trusted videographer to work alongside our photography coverage and keep everything seamless.

17. What if my event is large or spread across multiple rooms?

For larger events, Party Pixel can scale coverage to match the size and layout of the event. That may include a second photographer or additional support, so key moments are covered properly across the whole space without compromising quality.

18. Who are your "vetted photographers"?

Our extended team is made up of experienced photographers and videographers we know personally and trust professionally. They have been selected because they work to the same standard we expect for every Party Pixel booking, with all editing and final delivery kept consistent through our core team.

19. How do I know the photos will actually be good?

We genuinely love what we do, and that comes through in the work. Before your event we get on a call, learn your venue, your key moments and what matters most to you, so we arrive already prepared rather than figuring it out on the night.
